An internship at GigaTech Solution

Abstract

This is the sum-up of my internship experience at GigaTech Solution which is a leading development and software company. GigaTech Solution solves gives efficient digital solutions and services. The internship was from April 4, 2025 to October 5, 2025. This Internship was a part of my academic requirement for Computer Science program at Brac University. During the internship I worked as a Junior Web Developer and was doing web designing, developing and maintaining websites. My responsibility was both front-end and back-end development, testing the website features and learning more about framework and tools that are used in development environments. The main objective of my internship was to apply my academic knowledge to the real life development projects and learning about new things to improve my technical skills and gaining practical experience and knowledge. Furthermore, throughout this internship I increased my skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and database management and learned about different projects. Finally, I meet with the clients in-person and gain more experience on how the project are delivered and related communication that takes place. Broadly this internship was a valuable experience. In addition, this internship have given me the chance to learn many things and gain practical experience of professional web development. As a result, this increased my professional growth and have prepared me for the future challenges that I might face in the software companies.
