Over the past ten years, the market for food delivery and ordering has expanded rapidly due to both rising customer demand and technology improvements. Not with standing the market revolution brought about by contemporary platforms, there are still issues with offering genuinely seamless, customized, and end-to-end ordering experiences, particularly with regard to order customization and flexible scheduling. This project seeks to fill these gaps through the creation of a state-of-the-art mobile application for food ordering and delivery that emphasizes user convenience, streamlines operational efficiency, and supports local restaurants. With a modern technology architecture that uses React Native to enable effortless cross-platform mobile functionality, in conjunction with a Python-based backend to allow for heavy processing needs, and a Large Language Model (Llama 3) to enable advanced conversational AI, the app effectively optimizes the ordering process. Key functionalities like conversational ordering, personalized recommendations, live order tracking, and a critical scheduled ordering feature are incorporated to significantly minimize processing times and enhance customer satisfaction. Apart from the benefits provided to customers, the platform aims to enable restaurants at the local level by providing a simple and effective digital platform to reach a wider customer base. This research examines the development and influence of food ordering and delivery apps, focusing specifically on market dynamics, social implications, and the critical technology and user interface features necessary for the development of highly adopted mobile apps. By thoroughly examining these factors and their integration according to a scalable, secure, and user-focused design, this research improves understanding and aims to contribute meaningfully to the changing environment of food delivery systems.en_US
