Enhancing quality assurance in IT: a case report of Munchies

Abstract

As a student of BRAC University, I was appointed as an intern at Munchies which is a top-tier food delivery service company that provides late-night delivery services of foods and necessary goods around Dhaka, Bangladesh. I was a remote employee and worked as a Quality Assurance Software intern in the IT sector to help enhance software quality by applying testing methods. My focus was to deploy mainly on manual testing systems while setting quality benchmarks and identifying current system problems to benefit both my studies and career.
