In addition, I will explain the process of succession planning here. This paper will also go through how succession planning might help an employee become a future leader. Succession management and its required elements are also described here. To make the project more credible, I used primary as well as secondary sources of information. This study mainly focusses on showing the procedure by which an employee becomes a leader along with the relationship between the retention of skilled workers and succession planning.
