dc.description.abstractPerformance analysis was carried out to find the effect of crosstalk in a WDM system. Firstly, analysis of BER was carried out without crosstalk. Then analysis of BER with crosstalk was done. Using equation for crosstalk, number of channels was plotted using matlab. System parameters were optimized for a particular crosstalk.en_US
