The DC electrical property of ๐‘ณ๐’Š๐’™๐‘ช๐’–0.5๐’๐’๐ŸŽ.๐Ÿ“โˆ’๐Ÿ๐’™๐‘ญ๐’†๐Ÿ+๐’™๐‘ถ4 (x=0.00, x=0.05, 0.10) samples prepared by solid state reaction method was investigated. The samples were calcined at 800โ„ƒ and sintered at 1000โ„ƒ and 1050โ„ƒ respectively in air for 5 hours. The samples were placed in an electric oven and the corresponding resistance and temperature measurement were taken using 2 probe method by keithley 2450 and 6517b respectively. The resistance was found to decrease as the value of x increased and also increasing temperature showed semiconductor behaviour of the samplesen_US
