dc.description.abstractThe present study sought to explore students’ benefits, challenges, and different strategies to overcome a new normal environment due to experiencing the transition period through the perspectives of students implementing a qualitative research design. We spent a long time adjusting to the "new normal" as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. With the help of Covid 19, we have learned how to modify our lifestyles and adapt to a new normal environment. The transition period had a great impact on the education system. Due to this transition students are experiencing numerous benefits which have upgraded their learning skills and motivations to explore more. Moreover, some major challenges and new adaptative strategies to mitigate the challenges efficiently to cope with the new normal environment. The total participants were seven private university students who took part in semi-structured interviews. For analyzing the data, the thematic analysis method had been used. The study prominently found some major benefits, challenges, and overcoming strategies to mitigate the challenges. However, this study sought some strategies to mitigate the challenges efficiently, still students and teachers both stakeholders should interact well for better learning outcomes.
