dc.description.abstractChronic Kidney Disease is a risk factor for cardiovascular event- Angina, Myocardial Infarction, Arrhythmia, Diabetes and In-hospital complication. Several studies have been done to find out association of Chronic Kidney Disease with Diabetes with varying result. Few studies however, have investigated effect of Chronic Kidney Disease with Diabetes. The purpose of this study was to assess the In-hospital outcome of Diabetes with Chronic Kidney Disease in the department of Cardiology, National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases. This was a prospective longitudinal study.en_US
