dc.description.abstractBanglalink Digital Communications Ltd. (banglalink) is one of the largest mobile operators in Bangladesh offering a wide range of 2G and 3G services. The objective of the organization is to ensure telecom readiness for all multitude of Bangladesh with minimum toll . Therefore, they are trying to minimize this cost by improving their supply mountain range section by implanting new strategy to overcome their flaw. Here, the report will discuss about their procurement process, inventory management process, vendor management system while focusing on the contract management. Banglalink is actually getting due to their vendors mismanagement in delivering the good on clock time. Besides, in this report, the relationship between demand and supply and how the procurement department are ensure better quality product with cheapest price as cost minimization are focused. I have conducted a survey and for this 10 questions have been asked to 20 different procurement & finance officer in addition different vendors of banglalink . In this report I have also showing my survey result analysis, some other result throughout my internship program and some recommendations for Banglalink. All the information used for this report was approximate.en_US
