Abstract
This internship report has been submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a Bachelors of Business Administration and was prepared during my internship at ICBM 2017. The report covers the organizational overview of ICBM 2017, the management and operation procedures of the conference as well as provides an overview of the event.
