dc.description.abstractThis report is a methodical process prepared to analyze certain aspect of community demands and strategies to overcome obvious issues while conducting the operation. Firstly, view from root approach is emphasized as community needs and wants were determined through collecting real time data from the community people. Afterwards, it is analyzed using nomothetic approach so that strategies can be generalized and implemented. Secondly, there are critical issues varied from the previous cycle of VSO ICS project, hence in this cycle the aim is to address those issues and take long lasting actions. Those issues and action strategies are explained in terms of rural context. From the overall analysis and key findings, actions are already been applied during the operation. Finally, recommendation is provided so that for the next cycle it will be easier for them to conduct next phase of needs assessment analysis.en_US
