dc.description.abstractThe report focuses on the efficiency and effectiveness of headhunting process of Grow n Excel, one of the leading Human Resource Recruitment and Consultancy firm in Bangladesh. The headhunting and executive search department has their own database and security to fulfill the client’s requirement and maintain high level of confidentiality. The recruitment process is different depending on the job descriptions that are provided by the clients. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is widely recognized and very common now. The report will take its readers to a journey through which he or she will be able to understand how Grow n Excel performs and executes the duties and responsibilities and fulfill the client’s requirements in a timely manner. Through RPO many local and multinational organization has gained effectiveness and efficiency and were able to reach the desired goals and objectives easily. The report has been completed based on my 12 weeks of internship period in the Headhunting and Executive Search department of Grow n Excel. The activities that are included are the recruitment process, benchmarking, CV screening, calling, interview sessions, compensation and benefits and all the other activities and how it is done.en_US
