dc.description.abstract | Star Paradise Limited has been established with a vision to increase the product line in to domestics’ electronic white products. As it is a production based company and the people involvement is very high. So, employee satisfaction plays a very vital role here. Job satisfaction can be considered as one of the main factors when it comes to efficiency and effectiveness of business organizations. In fact, the new managerial paradigm which insists that employees should be treated and considered primarily as human beans that have their own wants, needs, personal desires are a very good indicator for the importance of job satisfaction in contemporary companies. When analyzing job satisfaction, the logic that a satisfied employee is a happy employee and a happy employee is a successful employee. This report is done by knowledge and practical experience. It has surveyed questionnaire among 15 employees at Star Paradise Limited to prepare this report. This report is based on information and data supplied by the business and personal observation regarding the topic. Various sources have used like internet, field data and questionnaire. Star Paradise Limited never evaluates the satisfaction level of the employees. To retain the employees and to increase productivity it is very necessary to find out whether the employees are satisfied or not and the possible ways to reduce any dissatisfactions. So this survey is designed to provide employee with the opportunity to tell how they feel about their work. By this evaluation employees get the opportunity to evaluate both their job and the company as a place to work in a range of areas and they can share their reasons of dissatisfactions. | en_US |
