dc.description.abstractThis report is all about the identifying the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process of Square Toiletries Limited in terms of hiring employees for sales (Field). This report is reflecting every pros and cons of the existing process of recruitment and selection. As field task is the most challenging task comparing to other work, this research will give a good weight to this report. Starting from the history of Square and Square Toiletries Limited, this report will lead to the insights of the recruitment and selection process of STL for field employees. At one point of this report, there will one segment which will actually prove that the recruitment and selection process of STL is helping them to hire best fit for their company but there are other issues which are actually affecting the retention rate of STL. All this information is complied in a segment called ‘Findings and Recommendation’. STL is following a standardize process for hiring employees but there are some shortfalls while making of their policies. All these things have been discussed throughout this report.en_US
