As I have finished my Bachelors in Business Administration, it's about time that I watched themultifaceted nature of today's business administration. It is vital to assemble hypothetical learning but I understood that a practical experience can convey me more accomplishment to reach in mygoal. So after the completion of my 4 years of BBA program, I am now headed to finish my internship program. I have done my internship at Stencil Bangladesh Limited,where I have concentrated on Customer Services and Marketing Strategies which were also my significant subject to concern.
My research topic is all about Customer Service process and business management of Stencil Bangladesh Limited. In my report I tried to identify the Customer Service practices of Stencil Bangladesh Limited.
In my research report I briefly describe about my Job Description as Intern at Customer Service Department of Stencil Bangladesh Limited. I also include some of our client information and their job details which are very much relevant to this research paper.
With a view to concluding my report summary I would like to mention that there was a shortage of periods to prepare my report and there were not proper and weighted data available to make it better fitted due to confidentiality terms of this company. But still I tried my best to make the report useful to represent the customer service phenomenon of Stencil Bangladesh Limited which might be able to evaluate this company’s customer service process in greater extent.
