dc.description.abstractThe objective of the report is to identify how theories and concepts that are discussed in my educational program can be practiced in the aspect of recruitment in a multinational corporation. As usual, primary data and secondary data were used to prepare this report. Primary data were gathered from my day to day observation and interviewing employees. Secondary data was collected from the discussions with my organization supervisor, website and relevant books. The HR practices followed by Venturas Ltd. help them to achieve their goals. Hence, I also tried to focus on how efficiently and effectively this company can hire, manage and retain the valuable employees through the various activities they might undertake and how they can improve those procedures. This report also reflects how this company can maintain their global HR standards, policies and practices. It also covers how they should plan the development activities of the valuable human assets, their several compensation policies, and training and engagement functions. This report also shows my observation on recruitment process. Moreover, the report provides some recommendation that may help to improve their process.en_US
