dc.description.abstractThis report deals with the HR Practices of Rupali Bank Ltd which is one of the leading public banks in Bangladesh. This internship report showcases my learning as an intern there. This report briefly shows the HR practices that have been performed in every branch of Rupali Bank Ltd. In my 3 month long internship period, I was assigned to the Mohammadpur branch where I had to provide services to the customers as well as answer cautiously to their quarries about different banking schemes. I have tried my level best to help my branch supervisor in every way possible. This report begins with the company overview and ends with the analysis of the data collected.en_US
