Cataloged from PDF version of Internship report.
dc.description.abstract“Aarong”, formed in 1978, had established themselves one of the biggest cooperative groupings in the fair trade sector in Bangladesh. It’s vision to help the artisans to help themselves by restoring their pride and self-esteem, reviving Bangladesh’s traditional Art and Craft. Another aim was to confirm the women right and to establish them as a valuable asset in the society. The primary objective of this report is to discuss Aarong’s compliance policies activities and its impact on the society. So all the things that I actually tried to construct here is totally based on my work experience and my knowledge. Since the social compliance and producer relation department is very new and I was the only employee to work with the department head, I was involved in making policies for Aarong. Here I discus environmental policy, wage deduction policy, penalty policy along with other compliance related activities and their impact on the society. I have made the first draft of those polices. In the end of this report I give recommendation of some problem that I observe during my three month of internship contract.en_US
