dc.description.abstract | This study will help to inform the existing parameter on Thunderstorm. The available parameter will introduce with limitation & needed future study. This way we will know the recent scenario of thunderstorm, specially the technical aspect as much possible from this effort. Then come to set it in disaster management. The disaster management sets by United Nations & Intl. Federation of Red Cross and Crescent. This study starts when thunderstorm was not a disaster but in completing is become one by Bangladesh Government, with the help of both institutes. This study is focus on international management to set a disaster management; I don’t include the Bangladesh matter. | en_US |
