This is an exploratory investigation of the phenomenon of code-switching/ code mixing as practiced in different types of programs in TV media. The main aim is to discover the various possible explanations of why personalities of different age and ethnography switch to another language in their unique way while presenting or interacting in the media. It also tries to analyze how it is beneficial as a way of connecting and expressing in bilingual context. A few attempts have been made to generalize how and what is predominant behind code switching to their perspective.en_US
