This conference paper was presented in the 2nd International Conference on Control, Instrumentation, Energy and Communication, CIEC 2016 [© 2016 IEEE.] The conference paper's definite version is available at: http://doi.org/10.1109/CIEC.2016.7513753
Vienna and Modular three phase Boost power factor correction rectifiers are similar in working principle and performance. In this paper two rectifier schemes are presented as Vienna Rectifiers scheme-1 and scheme-2. A third three phase rectifier scheme, the three phase three switch modular SEPIC rectifier topology is also presented. The SEPIC topology has step-up/down voltage gain characteristic, whereas Vienna rectifier schemes has step-up voltage gain characteristic. The performance results of the proposed three phase three switch SEPIC rectifier are presented in this paper in tabular and graphical formats.en_US
