dc.description.abstractThis report has been prepared to put forward my experience as an intern at Unilever Bangladesh Limited for the period of 12 months. The paper discusses about the organization and its role in the FMCG industry. The global history of the organization has been elaborated in the first chapter of the paper along with its history in Bangladesh. In the second chapter, my specific job roles and responsibilities has been mentioned along with a detailed discussion of the project I was actively a part of. „Fair & Lovely Men, Channel i-Hero, Powered by Bangladesh Army. is a reality show to bring forward the young talents of Bangladesh in the lime light of the media world. And the third chapter talks about „The Impact of Media in Growing Brands., an analysis comparing the organizational view and consumer view of how media exposure and promotion affects the growth of a brand. The discussion and analysis is an oucome of my observations and learning of brand from my experience of internship. Two brands have been chosen for the comparison of the impact. The brands are TRESemme, the brand with highest media investment at present and Rexona, the brand with lowest media investment and promotion. The aim of the project is to find the most effective media platform for promotion of the brands and to show an existence of positive relation between media investment and brand growth.en_US
