dc.description.abstract | Having my major in accounting and marketing, I had to go through an internship program that will prove me able to work in practical field. Internship program is the final part of the BBA program. I was fortunate enough to complete my internship in the leader in telecommunication industry in Bangladesh, none other than ‘Grameenphone Limited’. A very friendly cultured company full of talented and experienced people. Based on my three month internship program, though it is a short period, I could gain some basic knowledge about my department, which is Business Performance Management. It entails taking the major decisions about the products and services. This department analyzes and compares industry with the competitor’s services and the profitability of their own also introduces new services. The following report is made by me on the basis of my chosen topic advised and appreciated by my supervisor about a silent leap of telecom industry towards a new era of digitization. I tried an honest attempt to analyze this meaningful change in the telecom industry and reflect what the digital offerings are provided by Grameenphone to make life easier and digitized with appropriate evidence and information. | en_US |
