employment opportunity and producing important alternative work facility and increasing
social valuefor saving huge social crisis for our country. So as a part of the development
strategy, we should intensify our efforts to develop this sector to grow industrial base. For
meeting the situation of micro-credit need to upgrade their workforce capabilities and social
facilities in order to implement social and economic stability at a competitive situation.
The main of incentives of any NGOs which were normally involved in many social
programs such as education, health, relief and rehabilitation to move quickly into microcredit
were demand from the members, opportunity to become self-reliant (income covers
expenses), and creating sustainable permanent institution, and career for staff members. The
variations were in interest rate, savings and loan ceiling, size of groups etc. not much on the
fundamental structure of the model.
