GIZ takes part in supporting the German Government in the international cooperation for the development. This report abbreviates the Human resource aspect focusing recruiting and selection process of GIZ. The information has been gathered to complete the report from the whole internship process with practical experience and through secondary data as well. GIZ maintains a flow to conduct its process of recruitment and selection, which contains Submit Recruiting Documents, Selection Process, Search Committee/Interview Panel/ Job sites etc., Short listing, Interviewing, During the Interview, Reference Checks, Making Hiring Decision, Send job offer, Appointment letter and Documentation which will be discussed later in details. It also puts the tools the organization uses to recruit the best candidates as part of its human resource like, Cognitive Aptitude Tests, Psychomotor Abilities Tests, Job Knowledge Tests, Work-Sample, Vocational Interests, Personality Tests, Unique Forms of Testing, Genetic Testing, Graph analysis (Handwriting Analysis), Polygraph Tests etc. the report also uncovers the interview guideline for GIZ. Besides, it also tries to cover the hypothesis whether the company is performing efficiently. Finally, the report comes up with the basic findings and concluding with the findings and analysis. Besides, it also provides some suggestion to overcome the lacking and recommendation to make the process better.
