dc.description.abstractNilphamari Sadar ADP is designed to support the poorest of the poor in the possible comprehensive ways that vulnerable children and the families they live. The goal of the program is to sustained well-being of children and fulfillment of their rights within their families and communities of Nilphamari Sadar ADP working area. The Nilphamari Sadar ADP contains following major projects: 1. Child Wellbeing Project 2. Livelihood Security Project 3. Sponsorship Management Project This phase evaluation contributed to an evidence base that enables ADP along with partners to improve program effectiveness, increase accountability and advocate for change by using evaluation results.
