This report is prepared on the basis of my working experience of two months at Bangla Tel Limited. This internship program helped me to learn about the practical scenario of an IGW Company. Bangla Tel Limited is a dynamic and leading countrywide International Gateway Service provider. The Company is led by a renowned professional in telecommunication sector, Mr. Zahir Ahmed (MD & CEO), who served a decade in British Telecommunication and later contributed in upgrading the telecommunications in Bangladesh. This report has been presented based on my observation and experience gathered from the company. The organization has many divisions and departments but he focus is given more on myresponsibilities of NOC Department in Technical Division as I only got the opportunity to work in this division.
The report mentions about the practical experiences and the responsibilities of NOC department. A research is conducted to draw a conclusion of the purpose of NOC Department and its responsibilities. The result that is found is quite considerable. However Bangla Tel Limited should work a lot to convince and sustain their existing employees and customers. The result of the research is described in details in this report in the later chapters. After knowing the scenario of Bangla Tel Limited in terms of their technical support, a lot of recommendation came up. The report also consist conclusion according to my point of view, which I think would improve the operations of the organization if implemented.
