In order to provide a student with job exposure and an opportunity of the transition of theoretical knowledge into real life experience, an internship is a must. A better balance between theory & practice can be gained through this program. Banking system of Bangladesh has gone through three phase of development --- Nationalization, Privatization and Financial Sector Reform. National Credit and Commerce Bank is the largest Private Commercial Bank from 1993 with new hope and promise to serve the countrymen. This report mainly divided into three parts. First Part deals with my practical experience as an intern in NCC Bank Ltd., Malibagh Branch and my own observations on Management, Administration and Organizational Pattern of the NCC Bank Ltd. Second part deals with financing in bank Products and credit management of the NCC Bank Ltd. And the final part is a research on Customer Satisfaction on loan service of NCC bank. The report is a combination of three months internship program with NCC Bank. I acknowledged different banking functions and day-to-day banking operations on my way to complete internship. In this paper I have explained my best in respect of my real life experience gathered from different departments.
