In the contemporary architectural practice, the significance of an efficient supply chain cannot be overstated. The necessity of a streamlined material supply base, sustainable sourcing methods, value engineering, and efficient management of crucial deliverables have become evident from the combined roles of supply chain manager and architect in order to assure project success. Architectural education has a strong emphasis on choosing the best design solutions, but it frequently ignores the difficulties associated with the procurement process.
