dc.description.abstract | "This report serves as an internship report for an MBA program, detailing the author's work
experience at Bank Bank Alfalah Islamic, a private commercial bank. In Bangladesh, Bank
Alfalah Islamic aims to lead the market and establish benchmarks. Bank Alfalah Islamic
demonstrates how a locally owned business may profitably provide full-service banking that is contemporary, courteous, and efficient. The major goals of the research are to learn more about Bank Alfalah Islamic's retail banking services as well as to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business experiences and corporate life. Over the course of the program, several experiences have been gained via working in various departments within Bank Alfalah Islamic.
This internship report provides information about the organization's background, history,
products, and services offered by the bank, along with the finest recommendations based on the experiences acquired. Various approaches that the bank used to evaluate its staff and market its goods and services are covered in this study. This study also includes a short discussion of Bank Alfalah Islamic's management, vision, and objectives. However, retail banking is the report's primary emphasis. In this paper, many retail product kinds and their fundamental characteristics are covered in detail.
Finally, some good and negative conclusions from my entire Bank Alfalah Islamic internship
experience are included in this report. The bank's divisions all collaborate with one another to create new business concepts and grow the bank's operations. Thus, the bank constantly makes an attempt to provide the client high-quality services.
