Bangladesh's consumer electronics manufacturing industry has undergone significant expansion due to advancements in technology and global demand. However, problems with sustainability and inclu-sion persist, particularly concerning the individuals at the base of the pyramid. With an eye on implementing the BoP concepts, this study examines the long-term sustainability of Bangladesh's consumer electronics manufacturing supply chain. Through an evaluation of existing practices, the development of sustainable supply chain management patterns, and the possible advantages of involving stakehold-ers from the lower echelons of the pyramid, this research suggests ways to improve social and environmental outcomes while advancing the economy. To improve livelihoods and lessen environmental effects, technological innovation, inclusive business strategies, and ethical sourcing are crucial factors to take into account. The results illustrate how important it is for stakeholders to work to create a robust and inclusive consumer electronic manufacturing ecosystem in Bangladesh to ensure long-term growth and equitable distribution of advantages throughout all stages of society.
