S M Sultan, a master painter, is well known both domestically and abroad for his distinctive style of painting. To elevate the artist, the government decided to found the "S M Sultan Academy for Art and Culture". This would be a national institution for the development and prosperity of Bangladeshi art and culture. The artist's residence in Narail, located on the banks of the Chitra River, has been chosen as the Site. Through this endeavor, individuals could become more familiar with Sultan's philosophy, which will encourage them to think more compassionately. The institution for art and culture would realize Sultan's vision for Shishu Shwarga. Additionally, this effort would aid in the preservation of the Sultan's dreamboat and artwork.en_US
