Ethnic Heritage & Cultural Research Academy, Birishiri, Durgapur, Netrakona
Abstract
The goal of Birishiri, Bangladesh's "Ethnic Heritage and Cultural Research Institute" is to protect the Garo-Hajong-Achik community's cultural legacy. The project, which falls under the purview of the Cultural Affairs Department, aims to promote tourism, education, language preservation, and cultural changes. Language preservation, the effects of globalisation, and the implications for educational policy are among the research gaps that have been identified. Institutional, business, exhibition, and exhibition space are among the features that are suggested. The course covers SWOT analysis, emphasising opportunities, threats, weaknesses, and strengths. In the end, it aims to strengthen local communities and support Birishiri's ongoing efforts to preserve its tribal heritage.
