During my three-month internship, I worked in the HR Service Delivery team of Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd.'s Human Resources and Administrations Department. This paper offers in-depth study on the selection and recruitment processes of employees, which can assist the business in selecting qualified candidates for the job. From January 16th, 2022, to April 16th, 2022, I was assigned work that not only immersed me in the real world of business, but also broadened my understanding of how some of Bangladesh's leading telcos organize their human resources activities in the most efficient manner to achieve the best employee base for the company. The article begins by giving a brief overview of my internship experience at Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. It also contains an overview of the organization, which covers its history, context, and other vital details. After that, it summarizes the organization's many functional activities. The goal of the study is to identify the processes that are essential for the organization's long-term success by assessing the selection and recruitment processes of Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd.. Furthermore, the firm has an industry and competitive study, which can help them discover their weaknesses and give Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. an opportunity to grow in those areas. Such a study can assist the organization in identifying the best employees and, as a result, improve its organizational efficiency and goals. Finally, it has the potential to give Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. a competitive advantage and enable it to outperform its competitors by attracting a qualified workforce.
