It has become one of the country's best-known financial institutions. Corporate, SME, retail, and capital markets are all strongholds of IDLC's business. People's lives are made better by IDLC's efforts to help them fulfil their aspirations of owning a home, a car, or a business with a national impact. As the company expands as a result of the efforts of its employees, the recruitment team becomes an increasingly important aspect of the HR department. In order to succeed, IDLC is looking for people that are enthusiastic, charismatic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, competitive atmosphere. As a result of the study, managers were able to better understand what adjustments and enhancements their employees wanted to see. Aside from identifying areas for development, the inquiry also revealed areas of disagreement among staff, as well as what changes should be made to boost efficiency. Having a good teammate and a safe environment can help raise the confidence of team members. As a result, the study examines a wide range of variables that have an impact on worker output. Efforts to increase the efficiency of the recruitment and selection process are discussed in the paper. Understanding the current condition of recruitment and the difficulties that come with it is the primary focus of the course. Also included is a discussion of IDLC Finance Limited's feedback and recommendations for improvement on key subjects.en_US
