The review article offers a thorough investigation of few significant aspects related to COVID-19 vaccine, including its origin, epidemiology, historical background, dynamics of transmission, and evolution of mutant variants, shedding light on prevalent misconceptions and pathogenesis of the disease. An in-depth investigation of vaccine development pathways and mechanisms, which clarifies the scientific advances and parts of the immunization process, is the main theme of our analysis.
