This report was written as part of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree requirement from BRAC University. The purpose of this study is to uncover IBBL's market position and its superior performance in terms of customer satisfaction. According to the banking system in Bangladesh, there are primarily two types of banking systems: Islamic banking system and conventional banking system. Each bank has its own policy on sustainable development and corporate social responsibility that differs from the others. Islami Bank is founded on the principles of Shariah. As a result, they place a greater emphasis on people and their satisfaction with banking services than traditional banks. Customers' satisfaction with IBBL and the company's overall standing are investigated in this study. In order to complete this relationship, we employed the secondary research approach, in which we collected qualitative data from a variety of resources.en_US
