This paper presents an analysis of my findings on the two initial public offerings conducted during my internship at HF Asset Management Limited; WebCoats PLC and NRB Bank Ltd. The analysis aims to provide practical guidelines for investment based on a thorough examination of the market position, financial wellness, and development prospects of each of the two firms discussed. The analysis was divided into three distinct sections: a comprehensive research of HF Asset Management Limited, an in-depth examination of the initial public offerings of the two companies described, and an overview of my internship. The first section of the report describes the internship at HF Asset Management Limited and includes several IPO evaluations and stock profiles that I prepared while working at the company. This section indicated not only the knowledge gained on the practical application of fundamental analysis and investment techniques but also the overall operant context and possible career paths. In addition to practical application and career opportunities, the experiences obtained during the internship also served as a solid ground for the critique presented in the rest of the report. The second section that followed the factual assignment information presented in the first one contained the organizational structure, managerial approaches, and financial performance of HF Asset Managerial Limited. The report provided a critical outlook on the company’s strategic operations and impact on the financial market. The knowledge obtained here also was pre-requisite for understanding wider market trends which can correlate with the values of the IPOs assigned to me. The third section was the main; it contained a basic analysis of the initial public offering of WebCoats PLC and NRB Bank Ltd. The part took macroeconomic data, industry-specific trends, and the financial statements of the companies under consideration to provide market values for the two to determine if any of the two are viable investments. The results present both NRB Bank Ltd. and WebCoats PLC as viable investments based on their financial results and market position. In summation; both my internship and the fundamental analysis on research helped me grow professionally and analyze the final investment strategy of HF Asset Management Limited. The detailed analysis of market trends and macroeconomic factors and financial results of companies provide a good basis for potential investors to end professional decisions on two IPOs mentioned. Both the theoretical and practical knowledge of initial public offering (IPO) evaluations are much enhanced by this report, which serves to hone my analytical abilities.en_US
