dc.description.abstractChannel 24 is a fast growing Television Channel. Considering the importance of customer satisfaction, this project was designed to assess the satisfaction level of Channel 24’s subscribers and Customers. It is generally recognized that, although Channel 24 is the finest Channel in Bangladesh, its customer’s are not fully satisfied with their services. If Channel 24 does not take care of these dissatisfactions and other company enters the market with similar offers, it will be difficult for Channel 24 to keep current market intact. A survey was thus conducted focusing on different customer satisfaction factors of Channel 24. Channel 24 has been successful to build a superior image in comparison to the other operators. In other words, Channel has a clear advantage over the competitors. Channel 24 has some additional features in comparison to its competitors. The News of Channel 24 is playing a vital role to increase the subscribers and customers. Another important thing is that Channel 24 viewers are mostly satisfied with the rest of the program like entertainment, sports, drama serial etc. Moreover, customers and subscribers are happy with the every service and programs of Channel 24 This is an internship report regarding the customer satisfaction on news of Channel 24 Bangladesh. It starts with an introduction about Channel 24 followed by the activities of Channel 24. It gives briefing about the technique and process of customer satisfaction on Channel 24. The report also include about the marketing system which is used by channel 24. The reports show an internal architecture of the working of the Channel 24 as a marketer in Media world. Also it discusses the departments, objectives, policies, customer services and operational description of Channel 24. It also includes some necessary statistics. In the end there is a briefing about internship project that was assigned during required internship to me.en_US
