Assessing and improving quality control measures in architectural projects is pivotal for ensuring excellence throughout the project lifecycle. This summary outlines key strategies for achieving this goal. Firstly, establishing a comprehensive quality assurance framework with clear objectives and criteria is essential. Regular reviews and updates ensure alignment with evolving project needs and industry standards. Secondly, implementing effective monitoring mechanisms such as checkpoints, tools and techniques enables proactive identification and resolution of quality issues. Thirdly, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams promotes knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving. Additionally, leveraging a diverse range of tools and techniques, from advanced software to traditional methods, enhances quality assurance efforts. Lastly, maintaining comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes ensures transparency and accountability. By integrating these strategies, stakeholders can consistently deliver high-quality architectural projects, meeting stakeholder expectations and industry benchmarks. As a project architect I have to ensure that, the execution is performed as per design by collaborating with stakeholders.
