dc.description.abstract | The Internship report reflects my three months long experience as Marketing Intern in (SBM) Strategic Brand Management department of BEXIMCO Pharmaceuticals ltd. The company officially launched its operations 1980 with the joint effort of a team of experienced and highly skilled professionals with the aim of “enhancing human health and well-being by providing contemporary and affordable medicines, manufactured in full compliance with global quality standards.
The Objective of the report is to analyze the Effectiveness of Training and development: BEXIMCO Pharmaceuticals ltd and find out the areas where that need improvement and provide recommendations applying academic learnings. Both primary and secondary data is used for the preparation of this report. Primary data came from my observations and firsthand experiences from my internship at the company. I also had detailed discussion with my supervisor, Manager of Strategic Brand Management Noor Ul Azam Khan Romel who helped me every step of the way. Rest of the data is extracted from secondary sources such as company website and annual report, newspaper articles and scholarly journal articles.
The findings of the report indicate the current Training process and Development processes is effective but needs to introduce new techniques for changing demands of the company. Based on the findings, Necessary recommendation have been provided for the improvement of current training and development process. | en_US |
