This report investigates the changing role of human resource management (HRM) in the
context of hybrid work models, with a particular emphasis on cost and efficiency. The
research takes a unique approach, combining insights from industry trends with a detailed
case study of CholoGhuri, a company that has successfully implemented a hybrid work
model.
The first section gives a brief overview of CholoGhuri, focusing on its business operations
