However, The main purpose of this report is to follow the training, performance and development process of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited. Thus, training management requires analysis and methods of training as well as development inside Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited. This respected organization is unlike conventional bank as they have their own education and Development institute which is IBTRA that stands for Islami_Bank_Training and Research_Academy. Trainees receive all important behavioral information essential for effective functioning. Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited provides 15 days training, Also IBTRA provides 45 days training. Staff development practice in the branch is important for the benefit of the bank.
