This report investigates the critical issue of addressing skill gaps and tailoring employee training
and development programs to meet organizational needs at MASTER WiZR. The study unfolds
in three primary objectives:
Objective 1: The effectiveness of current training programs was assessed, with positive results
showing improved skills, confidence, job performance, and satisfaction among employees.
Objective 2: Skill gaps and training needs were identified through surveys, revealing employee
interest in "Future of Work" and emerging technologies. Most employees felt prepared for their
roles, but there is room for program enhancements.
Objective 3: Tailored training programs were designed to bridge identified skill gaps, and a
continuous feedback loop was recommended to adapt to evolving needs.
In conclusion, the findings from the interviews and surveys suggest that MASTER WiZR is
actively engaged in addressing skill gaps through effective training and development initiatives.
The company's commitment to enhancing employee competence aligns with the dynamic
demands of the contemporary digital landscape. The recommendations provided offer a roadmap
