Nagad, Bangladesh's fastest-growing digital financial service, strives to advance financial inclusion and reduce inequality. Its most notable accomplishment is the modernization of Bangladesh's 150-year-old postal service. After launching in 2019, Nagad quickly racked up more than 22 million active users. It has currently handled transactions totaling over a billion dollars. Prior to now, organizations overlooked the human resources sector, but it is now a growing one in the business world. Practice organizations cannot succeed over the long run successfully and economically without human resources. This study is primarily based on Nagad’s Recruitment & Selection Process. The report will provide information on the Recruitment & Selection Process, as well as the general operations of the human resources department and the company at large. This report is divided into three chapters overall, each of which covers a distinct part of the report in accordance with the internship guidelines. The first chapter, titled "Overview of Internship," contains information such as student information, the name of the company I worked for, and so forth. Furthermore, it contains information on my contributions to the company, the kinds of advantages I received from all of this, and difficulties faced during the internship period. A summary of the organization is presented in the second chapter, often referred to as the organizational part. The general management and marketing practices are also covered. The complete Recruitment & Selection Process of Nagad, including all the observations, analysis, and in-depth discussion, is covered in the third chapter, which is also known as the project part. Significant recommendations are made regarding the outcomes of the analysis in this section. The study finally ended with a conclusion that includes analysis and recommendations.en_US
