dc.description.abstract | This article is based on a three-month internship requirement for the Bachelor of Business
Administration (BBA) program at BRAC University in Bangladesh. The primary objective of
this study is to analyze the recruiting and selection process of ACI Logistics Limited
(Shwapno) based on my internship observations. Shwapno, the country's largest retail chain, is
managed by ACI Logistics Limited.
The study also gives a comprehensive assessment of ACI Logistics Limited's recruitment and
selection procedure. The report is segmented into four sections. The very first chapter provides
a comprehensive summary of the introduction, including all pertinent details. The second
chapter provides an introduction of ACI Logistics Limited, including an overview of Shwapno
corporates and outlets, as well as the mission, vision, and services of Shwapno. The fourth
AND fifth chapters of this study discuss the recruiting and selection process of ACI Logistics
Corporate and outlets, including all recruitment process steps, recruitment policy, recruitment
sources, and selection technique. The sixth chapter discusses ACI Logistics Limited's key
discoveries. In addition, several recommendations are emphasized in the recommendation
section based on my personal knowledge and observations. | en_US |
