dc.description.abstract | One of the biggest companies in Bangladesh is called BEXIMCO. Our mission is to improve the welfare and health of people by offering modern, reasonably priced medications that are produced in strict accordance that maintain international quality standards. BEXIMCO tries to follow every guideline of HRM strategies and they give great concern on training and development process. moreover, they continuously try to uphold their product line and continuous improvement to satisfy their customer as they need to hold their national and international level customers. Develops business-level approaches that allow companies to gain an advantage over their rivals via exceptional customer relationships, premium goods and operations. Their achievements in advertising products and diversification have been largely attributed to innovative techniques.
Three chapters comprise this report. An introduction to the internship was given in the initial chapter. It served as an overview, evaluation, and list of lessons gained from the internship experience. it also included the Details about the supervisor, Details about the internship duration and on which department I worked on and me gathered experience along with my learning experience that what is my denouncement from the company.
An overview of the day-to-day activities and assessments has been given in the second chapter. It is primarily composed of a strategy review and audit, as well as an overall evaluation of the organization and its functional areas. Overview of the company as in goals, vision, fundamental principles, products, offerings, and other pertinent data, executive leadership and advertising plans, monetary outcomes and accounting procedures, information analysis and management of operations, competitive and marketplace evaluation along with the use of SWOT analysis.
The concluding chapter provided a study of BPL's HRM techniques' efficacy, which was the primary goal of this research. The chapter also includes a methodological framework, study structure, a thorough explanation regarding how the company continue their HRM practices and how well they affect workers' employment outcomes. | en_US |
