In this report, I have attempted to discuss the effectiveness of leadership development training, such as that of Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), on enhancing a graduate’s employability and industry-specific expertise. The main objective is to conduct quantitative research, based on primary data, to understand the impact of leadership skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, and problem-solving skills on the program participants of BYLC. Based on the survey, the level of understanding regarding these skills and how likely the participants are applying these skills to the real world are determined. Graphs and charts are displayed for better understanding and visualisation of the findings. Afterwards, it can be concluded if educational institutes in Bangladesh should incorporate such programs into their curriculum to prepare students for the corporate environment. Recommendations will be provided at the end of every chapter to ensure better future performance and long-term sustainability of BYLC.en_US
