dc.description.abstract | My academic internship report is rooted in the invaluable experience gained during my tenure at Robi
Axiata. The primary aim of the internship was to provide an immersive understanding of the corporate
environment and culture, thereby augmenting our academic pursuits with practical insights. Within
this report, I offer a comprehensive overview of the company's framework, alongside a succinct
analysis of Robi Axiata's HRIS system, elucidating both its current status and anticipated future
enhancements. To substantiate my findings, I have employed a blend of quantitative and qualitative
data sourced from primary and secondary channels. Graphical representations serve to elucidate the
results effectively. Additionally, the report underscores areas ripe for further research and
