From the starting of time, mankind has wondered around the universe. This interest has led human kind to find a lot of things. Science is a fundamental base and a vital component of the life in present world. A Planetarium shows the wonderful creations of the human discovery of the universe and beyond. However, Science and Innovation is the benchmark of success of a country in advanced time. Countries all over the world is patronizing the development of science while, Bangladesh falls behind in this sector. Being surrounded with the nations that are continually progressing and creating their skills in science and technology, Bangladesh must improve theirs as well. Having this in mind, Bangladesh ministry of Science and Technology has taken initiative to build ‘Bangabandhu Seikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre’ for the first time in Barisal where time and space would come under a single complex. Hence, this will be an institution of edutainment to popularize space science and tourism. It will be open a window for youth of Bangladesh to explore the wonders of universe as well as getting entertained along the way. Besides, due to the topographical area (22.7010° N, 90.3535° E) the project has the potential to be a noteworthy landmark that would draw in interested space observers from Bangladesh and beyond. The primary step of the country like Bangladesh to be aware of the science and innovation possibilities is to create interest within the minds of the blooming ones. Nevertheless, Bangladesh has tremendous opportunity of improvement in this sector. This project should make interest and curiosity among the mass individuals, particularly the children to learn and explore the vast world of cosmic science. This planetarium would portray the possibilities and the expression of cosmic science and technology generation and development and will be the center where individuals assemble for amusement and improve their knowledge.en_US
